EasyDraw Instructions

Schedule Your Test First

Do NOT take this test without scheduling first. This test requires scheduling. Someone from our team will reach out to you via text message to schedule your test.

  1. We recommend taking your test first thing in the morning for consistency (fasting is recommended, but optional).
  2. FedEx pickup logistics work best if we have at least a day's notice. We will reach out to you to coordinate this.
  3. The sample needs to be overnighted to the lab to maintain your blood sample stability. Because the lab is only open Monday-Friday, the test needs to be collected and mailed Monday-Thursday.

Review Instructions

We strongly recommend reviewing the instructions below before collecting your sample. We will send you a link to these instructions when you begin your test.

Fasting Requirement

You must be fasting which means no food or drinks (except water) should be consumed for 12 hours before collecting your sample. Follow your doctor's advice on fasting, especially if you have health conditions that require attention.

Biotin Interference

If you take Biotin supplements containing Biotin(Vitamin B7/B8, Vitamin H, or coenzyme R), wait at least 72 hours after your last dose before collecting your sample to avoid interference with the results.
